Public reprimand and censure; four years of probation beginning June 12, 2004 (the hearing date) through June 11, 2008; postseason ban for the 2004 season; limit of 81 total grants in football for both the 2005-06 and 2006-07 academic years; the number of expense paid visits in the sport of football is limited to 45 for both the 2004-05 and 2005-06 academic years with no "banking" of unused visits from the 2004-05 and 2005-06; two former assistant football coaches received a two-year show cause provision (beginning June 12, 2004, to June 11, 2006); annual compliance reporting during the probationary period.
