EXTRA BENEFITS: $82,OOO in cash and other financial assistance provided by the head coach under the guise of employment; warm-up suits; meals, entertainment and cash. IMPROPER FINANCIAL AID: excessive financial aid for five academic years; guaranteed renewal of institutional financial aid to prospective student-athletes. IMPERMISSIBLE RECRUITING: impermissible fund-raising by area high-school athletics department and booster organizations; payment to a prospective student-athlete's sister; lodging and meals provided to high-school coaches, friends and family members of several prospective student-athletes on official visits; meals and entertainment provided to student-athletes during official visits; excessive official visits; impermissible transportation, tryout, off-campus contact with an athletics representative; room, board and transportation provided by athletics representative. AMATEURISM: involvement of head coach in contract negotiations on behalf of a student-athlete. FAILURE TO INCLUDE STUDENT-ATHLETES' NAMES ON SQUAD LIST FORMS. LACK OF INSTITUTIONAL CONTROL. UNETHICAL CONDUCT?
