Public reprimand; during 1992-93 and 1993-94, no participation in any contests that are not regularly scheduled, number of contests must equal those scheduled for the 1991-92 season, and not eligible for the exceptions to the maximum number of competitions; no financial aid to student-athletes to participate in competitions other than regularly scheduled matches; no student-athlete participation in summer camps with coaches for 1993 and 1994; recertification; cancellation of eight contests in 1991-92; vacation of 1992 championship records; no initial grants for 1992-93 and 1993-94; no official visits until 8/1/93; annual reports.
