Violations of NCAA legislation regarding impermissible preferential treatment; payment for work not performed; impermissible extra benefits; unethical conduct and failure to monitor
Additional penalties imposed by the committee were as follows: three years of probation; limit total grants-in-aid in the sport of football to 82 for the 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 academic years; postseason ban for the 2012 season; vacation of records for the 2010 football season; show-cause order placed on the former head football coach for a period of five years and annual compliance reporting required.
