Findings of violations concerning ineligible participation; voluntary summer workout violations; and failure to monitor.

Public reprimand and censure; two years of probation; vacation of all contest in which an involved student-athlete competed during the 2003-04 and 2004-05 academic years; reduced the number of financial aid awards in men's basketball by one (from 13 to 12) during both the 2007-08 and 2008-09 academic years; forfeit 90 percent of the first year's revenue it received from the conference for its participation in the 2004 and 2005 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship; reduce countable hours in the sport of football from 20 hours to 15 for one week during either the spring 2007 or the spring 2008 semester; attend the Regional Compliance Seminars; and annual compliance reporting.
