Central Michigan University

October 30, 2025

Pursuant to Bylaw 19.10.6, this negotiated resolution has no precedential value. Central Michigan and four former football staff members have reached an agreement with the NCAA enforcement staff on sportsmanship violations that occurred within the football program. The violations occurred when an assistant football coach arranged for former Michigan football staffer Connor Stalions to be on the Central Michigan sideline during a contest against Michigan State. The parties agreed upon the violations and penalties, and a Committee on Infractions panel approved the agreement.

Two years of probation; $30,000 fine, plus 1% of the budget for the football program; two-year show-cause orders and suspensions for three of the involved individuals; and a four-year show-cause order and a suspension for one involved individual.
