Before creating a new NCAA Eligibility Center account, please verify that you (or someone on your behalf) did not previously create an account using your credentials. The creation of duplicate accounts can delay the initial-eligibility certification process. Consider the following:

• Did a parent, guardian, coach or another individual previously register you with the NCAA Eligibility Center?
• Basketball student athletes: Did you or a parent or guardian create an NCAA Eligibility Center account for your participation in an NCAA-certified nonscholastic (BBCS) event?
• Has an Eligibility Center account already been established using any of your credentials (email, name, date of birth)?
