13.1.1.2 Signed Prospective Student-Athletes. An athletics staff member or other representative of the institution's athletics interests of an institution that provides athletically related financial aid to its student-athletes shall not communicate or make contact with a prospective student-athlete who has signed a written offer of athletics aid with another NCAA Division I or Division II institution or a settlement related benefits agreement with another Division I institution, or any individual associated with the student-athlete (e.g., family member, scholastic or nonscholastic coach, advisor), directly or indirectly.
