14.5.4.4 4-2-4 College Transfers. A student who transfers from a four-year college to a two-year college and then to the certifying institution shall meet the applicable requirements for a two-year college transfer based on the student's academic initial-eligibility status (see Bylaws 14.5.4.1 and 14.5.4.2) and two-year college record earned following transfer from the four-year college most recently attended.
