32.12.1 Notice of Intent to Appeal. A notice of intent to appeal must be presented in writing to the Infractions Appeals Committee not later than 15 calendar days from the date of the public release of the Committee on Infractions' public infractions decision. The notice of intent to appeal shall contain a statement identifying the date of the public release of the committee's infractions decision and a statement indicating whether the appealing party desires to submit its appeal in writing only or requests an in-person appeal oral argument before the Infractions Appeals Committee.
