18.4.2.2.3 Graduation Success Rate -- Disclosure. An institution shall not be eligible to enter a team or individual competitor in an NCAA championship unless it has submitted, by the applicable deadline, its Graduation Success Rate (GSR) in a form approved and administered by the Board of Directors, or an entity designated by the Board.
